I can definitely tell the difference when I run out of it. Quick protein source

It’s a game changer no doubt
Just spent 8 days straight in the wilderness in NH with 60lb ruck. The day to day recovery was noticed with the use of Frog Fuel. 70 miles completed in some of the roughest terrain in the northeast. Clean, easy to use and effective. I won’t take on longer distance hikes without your product.

No. Frog Fuel Ultra Pre-Workout Shot is a pre-workout without caffeine. It contains 1,500 mg of beta-alanine and 1,500 mg of citrulline malate, with no caffeine or stimulant-driven crash.
What’s in Frog Fuel Ultra Pre-Workout Evolved?
While some pre-workout gels and liquid pre-workouts contain controversial ingredients, Frog Fuel pre-workout without caffeine is made from simple ingredients.
