Great product
I can definitely tell the difference when I run out of it. The first week of using it after my aerobic workout was amazing, it help me recover faster than normal in preparation for my weightlifting session. Quick protein source

My favorite protein

It’s a game changer no doubt
Just spent 8 days straight in the wilderness in NH with 60lb ruck. The day to day recovery was noticed with the use of Frog Fuel. 70 miles completed in some of the roughest terrain in the northeast. Clean, easy to use and effective. I won’t take on longer distance hikes without your product.
