I can definitely tell the difference when I run out of it. The first week of using it after my aerobic workout was amazing, it help me recover faster than normal in preparation for my weightlifting session. This product is a good must-have if you’re doing two a days for training or when doing cardio first than weight training later.

Quick protein source
So convenient and easy to take. The taste is fine (Better than anything I have every tasted like this) and great ingredients for such a small serving. Now a part of my daily intake right after workout. Awesome product!

My favorite protein

It’s a game changer no doubt
Just spent 8 days straight in the wilderness in NH with 60lb ruck. The day to day recovery was noticed with the use of Frog Fuel. 70 miles completed in some of the roughest terrain in the northeast. Clean, easy to use and effective. I won’t take on longer distance hikes without your product.
