The first and major difference I have seen is the amount of bloating that has regressed since I stopped drinking large amounts of protein powder in conjunction with other supplements. This last order was a huge down spiral over the norm and has shaken my confidence in the brand. On that note - if your packaging is swollen, DO NOT CONSUME IT.
