"I've only been using it a week so I don't expect any results yet. However the taste and texture isnt the greatest. It reminds me of children's medicine. The more I take it the more accustomed to the taste I get and the taste doesn't seem to linger long. It's a quick shot of protein so it goes down quick and gives that extra boost to the protein goals. Hopefully I'll start noticing improvement in my joints and tendons within the next couple weeks of use."
