"Let me just say right off, I really like the flavor. But, I was disappointed that there's only 2g of Protein, I really wish it was closer to 6g (like the pre workout) or even better something higher like 10g+ like the power protein. Outside of that, I can't prove it helps me sleep, it might just be a placebo effect, but I think it helps a little bit. Not as much as melatonin does, but I am using it as an alternative."
