Takes time to get used to.

"Yes the taste is unique but after a shot of this you wake up refreshed. It does work once the ingredients are equally adjusted in your body, some our bodies are low which could be the reason why you can't sleep like you thought, some people will have to get used to the feeling of it taking longer to find the relief and recovery. I tried it the night before I had a long day and workout, still was sluggish, but the rest of the week was great until I get a break to recover took a shot on Friday night and Saturday morning was relaxed and recovering. Monday night (tonight) I will have a shot and see what happens to when I am done with workout. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This provision shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. If for any reason, JAMS cannot or will not provide this arbitration, you or OP2 LABS may ask any court of competent jurisdiction to select an arbitrator from a list provided by you and OP2 LABS.

You agree that you will not file a class action against OP2 LABS, or participate in a class action against OP2 LABS. You further agree that you will not file or seek a class arbitration, or participate in a class arbitration against OP2 LABS.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and OP2 LABS nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
