"It took about 7-10 days before I noticed a definite sleep improvement. I find that it works best 15-20 minutes before turning out the light. If I'm delayed an hour or more, I seem to lose most of the benefit. I fall asleep much quicker, but never feel groggy even if woken up an hour or two after taking. My sleep quality is not only better but I dont wake up multiple times shifting my position and in the morning unlike melatonin there is no groggyness. "Yes the taste is unique but after a shot of this you wake up refreshed. It does work once the ingredients are equally adjusted in your body, some our bodies are low which could be the reason why you can't sleep like you thought, some people will have to get used to the feeling of it taking longer to find the relief and recovery. I tried it the night before I had a long day and workout, still was sluggish, but the rest of the week was great until I get a break to recover took a shot on Friday night and Saturday morning was relaxed and recovering. Monday night (tonight) I will have a shot and see what happens to when I am done with workout. Just wanted to let y'all know that I don't have any pain or soreness in my muscles using frog fuel protein shots, and I just started the new reset and recovery in my routine."
